Hi, I’m Opi
I’m a specialist paediatric dietitian based near Harrogate, supporting families across Harrogate, Knaresborough, Ripon, Leeds and York with feeding, growth and allergies.
I know feeding can feel overwhelming at times. My aim is to give you clear, practical advice so you feel confident moving forward.
As a mum myself, I understand the day-to-day reality of feeding little ones and the pressures that can come with it. My approach is always supportive, realistic and tailored to your family.
